Thanks so much to everyone for all the hard work put in on the egg protectors!  Our success rate was pretty good - only 3 eggs didn't make the trip down to the lawn from the library window.  Here are some photos of our eggscellent adventure.  Enjoy the spring break!  And, grade one students, don't forget to challenge your parents to see if they can break an egg that's being pushed on from one end to the other.  (Good luck, parents!)
