There will be a cookie sale tomorrow. Dig out those quarters!
We're currently reading a Roald Dahl book called Matilda. The main character (Matilda) is a little six year old girl with amazing intellectual gifts. Because of Matilda, we added the word "precocious" to our word of the day list. Because of our discussion of the word "precocious", I showed the class a video of a girl who is musically precocious.
