Word of the day: empathy Tonight's reading selection: Garbage Day with Paige (This book emphasizes the "g" sound changing to a "j" one when the letter g is followed by an e, i, or y. There are some words that live outside the rule, like "get" and "give", but, generally, the rule works.) We'll be skating again tomorrow afternoon. If anyone is available to help tie skates, that would be appreciated. Also, if you are able to help out and arrive before us, you could save us some time by setting out some chairs in the skate changing area. Thanks! Book orders are due Friday.
