Happy International Compliments Day! All the first graders wrote compliments for each other this morning; what a nice way to show appreciation for others. It was as gratifying to give the compliments as it was to receive them!
The golden envelope book for tonight has lots of "ight" words in it.
There will be a cookie sale tomorrow at recess.
If you'd like to send your child in pajamas this Friday, feel free to do so! It's our community's PJ Day - in support of raising funds and research for auto-immune diseases.
The grade one word of the day was initial. The grade two word of the day was discard.
