Happy Hundredth Day of school! The first graders finished lots of activities with a 100 theme; watch for evidence of their work to come home later this week! The book of the day is about 100. (It should be a very easy read!) Our word of the day was century.

The grade one spelling list will come home tomorrow.

I forgot to mention to the students that tomorrow is Pink Shirt Day - and anti-bullying initiative. If your child has a pink shirt, dig it out!

Melody sent home a very gracious birthday invitation to the second graders. Make sure you ask your child to see the invitation, second grade parents.
